MALIBOUS
Ft. Payne, Alabama
The MALIBOUS were from Ft. Payne Alabama. The drummer (Bennett Vartanian) went on to play with The country group ALABAMA. The group played the entire Southeast and other parts unknown. They had several members (due to the draft) Mike and Tony Goggans were founding brothers along with Bennett and were later joined by younger sisters Jan and Susan. Lamar Starkey Was drafted in Jan. 1968 and Bennett Vartanian was drafted later on that same year both served tours in Viet Nam.
